【Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) Hub Overview】
Innovation is a hallmark of Lilly, but not just in the lab.
We are currently in a transformation of our commercial model,
with considerable innovation across marketing and medical content.
The Multi-Channel Engagement Hub is being created to unify the pursuit
across business units (Biomedicines, Oncology, and Diabetes)
for how Lilly interacts with customers (both healthcare providers and consumers).
Our vision is to create an industry leading MCE capability utilizing
modern communication channels within the customer workflow or
everyday experience to help us create a more valued, relevant,
and integrated customer experience that also drives more efficient business results.
Much progress has been made and new capabilities developed,
but we now need to take MCE to the next level.

<Overall Job Purpose>
As a core member of the Commercial Analytics team,
enable Lilly Japan marketers to improve customer experiences and
business results by making better business decisions based on data and analytics.
Help employees think through key environment and business challenges,
run effective analysis, and improve strategic planning and execution.
Enable Lilly to achieve a more integrated customer experience by recommending
the right combinations of channels and level of promotion across sales and marketing.

●Lead analytics partnership with one of Eli Lilly Japan’s major business units
・Lead marketers in identifying and prioritizing key business questions
  , shaping analysis
・Lead business analysis, working closely with analytics partners and
 Lilly teams in Japan, globally
・Drive action based on findings by sharing recommendations to teams,

●Lead analytics strategy for Lilly Japan’s Multi-Channel Engagement Hub
・Drive analytics strategy for multi-channel engagement across business units
・Work across functions to shape, continuously improve analytics
 capabilities at Lilly Japan
・Develop process to integrate analytics into marketing planning,
 implementation cycle
・Drive the organization towards a culture of data driven decision making
