仕事内容 Current Primary Responsibilities include:

Prepare annual APAC marketing plans and budgets. Partner with Global Marketing,
Sales and CM’s to develop and implement marketing programs to
ensure sales goals are met.
Monitor progress during the year,
ensuring cross functional involvement and alignment,
with “course correction” actions recommended as needed.
Develop and implement go to marketing strategies to
accelerate integration of ‘upper funnel’
strategy between brand, product and acquisition in order to improve prospect relevance,
sharpen product appeal and increase prospect conversion (sales leads).
Responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations
based upon the research findings. Must work closely with the client and
3rd party vendor (either internal or external) to understand,
define and document the overarching business object.
Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to
interpret the data and produce substantiated
recommendations. Present the findings and recommendations to senior management.
Responsible for managing the APAC marketing budget. Develop KPIs for key programs
and associated measurement approaches to gauge success during the year.
Continuously evaluate and provide “Return on Investment”
justification for marketing programs.
Partner with Customer Relations and Product Managers
in fully understanding opportunities for
improvements to current products and for new products.
Develop and implement call to
action communication strategies based on customer’s feedback.
Implement the development of global external communication of
key messages through PR, advertising, trade shows, sales materials,
newsletters, user meetings, websites and media,
and evaluates the effectiveness of all communications.
Develop and manage the creation of
high impact promotional material that supports strategic objectives.
Direct the advertising agency and other marketing service and
communication agencies to
ensure all approved communications reflect identified brand strategies.
Promote effective cross-functional teamwork with R&D,
sales, product managers and other organizations within the company.
Develop and implement the APAC website functionality, image quality,
content information management.
Oversee the CMS database, SEM/SEO, Google Analytics,
HubSpot and SFDC for the APAC.
Develop and implement targeted seminars,
participate in industry specific associations and trade shows.
Stay informed of market requirements and competitive conditions or to assist in
selling efforts.
Additional Responsibilities
AI Branding
Lead the development and implementation of the future strategy for AI
– aligning with the Abbotts Corporate Identity and Diagnostics.

Develop and implement go to market strategy driving key components of
AI General and Product Lines Value Proposition ensuring strong value is delivered to
customers and prospects.
応募資格 Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in field sales/account development/support roles,
marketing, market research, or consulting preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or Japanese
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
Outstanding business acumen and results orientation
Strong strategic problem solving skills with the ability to
exercise mature judgment and prioritization
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across
large cross functional teams at all levels
Strong and dynamic communication (written and verbal)
skills and excellent track record of
presenting to senior/large audiences
Strong grasp of digital and market trends and proven track record of drawing
upon internal and external network to creatively solve problems and
accelerate business results
Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and demonstrated personal excellence.
Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn!
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
30% Travel Required
